Agreement
When entering into an agreement with Podcast Pusher (Rope of Dope ApS) you (the Customer) agree to the terms and conditions. If you represent a Company that becomes a customer with us, its solely your liability that you legally can represent the Company and that the Company accept these conditions. Do note that its ot possible to access the Service without accepting these customer terms (subscription terms) and the price throug a checkbox.
Podcast Pusher gives the customer a non-exclusive and limited right to use the service.
As long as you are in compliance with the conditions of this Agreement and all incorporated documents, Podcast Pusher hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-assignable, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable and non-exclusive access to use the Service. No rights not explicitly listed are granted to you.
Purchase of access to the Service:
To purchase an acces to the service, you must have a subscription plan with podcast Pusher. The subscription plans and the – at any time being – terms and conditions for these are described here.
The price for Content purchased with a non-exclusive license is listed at the at any time being price list. The price for Content purchased with an exclusive time limited license is decided by Podcast Pusher, however never exceeding the exclusive maximum price listed on 49,- Incl, VAT
The license does not entail any royalty payments. All prices are stated in Danish kroner and are incl. VAT. By creating payment services, you (code) automatically authorize Podcast Pusher to continuously withdraw the subscription amount through your debit card. Podcast Pusher only accept Dankort/Visa Dankort.
Date generated on the basis of a payment service is not available as long as the respective subscription is maintained. No refunds can be made and Customer must pay the full amount for the purchased license, regardless the condition of the Content to Podcast Pusher.
The Non-Exclusive Licence to the Service, grants to the Customer the right to use the intellectual property, but means that Podcast Pusher remains free to exploit the same intellectual property and to allow any number of other Customers to also exploit the same intellectual property.
Right of Cancellation
If you wish to have the service delivered before the 14 days, you can give your consent for the delivery to begin and the deadline to stop when the service is fully delivered.
Please note that We, Podcast Pusher, have the right to use subcontractors for, for example, storage and processing of data.
Free trial period. First time users have the right to a 14 dayes period trial. After end trial, you will be charged 49 DKK pr. Month.
As a user you receive a monthly invoice by mail 14 days after the date the user was created. (after trial ends). The invoices can also be accessed under ‘My Account’ and ‘MY SUBSCRIPTION’, where you can also update your debit card.
RSS service by Podcast Pusher
When creating af user on Podcast Pusher, you get access to in limited creations of RSS files. You get your own folder, where files such as mpg3 can be used to create an RSS file.
Podcast Pusher is only responsible for privacy practices of Podcast Pusher and its websites.
The Services allow you to access or use products, services, websites, links, content, material, games, skills, integrations, bots or applications from independent third parties (companies or people who aren’t Podcast Pusher) such as Spotify, iTunes etc.
Our Services allow you to store or share Your Content. We don’t claim ownership of Your Content. Your Content remains Your Content and you are responsible for it.
You have (and will have) all the rights necessary for Your Content that is uploaded, stored, or shared on or through the Services and that the collection, use, and retention of Your Content will not violate any law or rights of others. Podcast Pusher cannot be held responsible for Your Content or the material others upload, store or share using the Services.
Podcast Pusher RSS services allowing you to generate RSS files, which enables you to easily copy the RSS file, so you easily can publish your RSS feeds, to the Internet.
Podcast Pusher have no liability for any of your activities in connection with the RSS feeds or for your use of the RSS feeds in connection with your website.
Podcast Pushers website may contain links to other websites for additional information and convenience. Podcast Pusher does not control those other websites, endorse or make any representation about other websites, and is not responsible for the privacy practices of those other websites. If at some point Podcast Pushers websites contain interactive elements such as discussion forums and blogs that allow users to publish their own content. Any information posted on these blogs and forums becomes public, which means it could be read, collected or used by other users in any manner.
Podcast Pushers is not responsible for any Personal Information you choose to submit in any forums. Neither is Podcast Pusher responsible for the content that the uses generates through Podcast Pusher.
Podcast Pusher will collect, use or disclose Personal Information supplied by you, for the purposes disclosed to you, unless the disclosure is a use of the Personal Information for an additional purpose related to the original purpose, is necessary to prepare, negotiate and perform a contract with you, is required by law or competent governmental authority, is necessary to establish or preserve a legal claim or defense against a legal claim, or is necessary to prevent fraud or other illegal activities.
Termination
There is no binding period. You may cancel the Service at any time, with or without cause.
Payment is made one month ahead and end the end of every month its possible to Close the account. Cancelling paid Services stops future charges to continue the Service. The content in the File Manager can after termination be deleted.
Payments
To pay the charges for a Service, you will be asked to provide a payment method at the time you sign up for that Service.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed in connection with your transactions.
If you are taking part of the 14 days trial-period offer, you may be required to cancel the trial Service within the timeframe communicated to you when you accepted the offer in order to avoid being charged to continue the Service at the end of the trial period.
We may change the price of the Services at any time and if you have a recurring purchase, we will notify you by email, or other reasonable manner, at least 15 days before the price change. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel and stop using the Services before the price change takes effect. If there is a fixed term and price for your Service offer, that price will remain in force for the fixed term
GDPR – Privacy and Personal Data
You trust us with some of your personal data. We value that trust. The purpose of this page is to be transparent about how that data is used and give you full control over that data.
Your Personal Data
Most of the personal data Podcast Pusher has about you is information you explicitly shared with us:
Your profile During the onboarding, you provided us a full name, a username, an email address, a password, and a profile picture – either directly or via single-sign-on through Google, Facebook, Twitter, Evernote, or Microsoft. That information is used to show you which account you have logged into or when we communicate with you.
When use the Podcast Pusher service, we try to map your internet address to a language and country to personalize the default settings of the discover page. We also save your IP address and the time in some of our logs in case we need to troubleshoot technical or performance issues.
No sensitive data is processed.

You can also delete all your personal information from the Podcast Pusher cloud by erasing your account
Your Privacy
Privacy has been important to us since the inception of Podcast Pusher and we try to limit as much as possible the amount of information we share with third parties
Payment As part of the Podcast Pusher Premium upgrade process, you will be sharing your profile information, Podcast Pusher plan information, and payment information to Stripe, Google Play, Apple App Store, or PayPal depending on the payment option you select.
Manage your billing (Premium)
Customer support If you are a premium user, those service providers will have access to your name, email address, and support request information. Podcast Pusher cannot use that information outside of the engagement you are having with the Podcast Pusher.
Safety
Email providers We use Mailchimp to communicate with you via email (tutorial emails, feature announcements, weekly roundups, etc.). Those services have access to your name and email address.
All the traffic to Podcast Pusher is encrypted over HTTPS.
When you decide to share an RSS file with other services, the URL of that article, as well as potential annotations, will be shared with the service. In the case of the Dropbox integration, an OPML version of your sources will also be saved in your Dropbox account. Those services do not have access to any other personal data.
Personal Data
The only personal data that influences the content you are seeing is, therefore, your list of feeds, sources, the sort options you have for each source and the favorite status you might have assigned to a specific source, the read status of articles, and your country. All of this is fully transparent and fully controlled by you.
Your Security
We do our best to keep your personal data safe.
Encryption HTTPS security protocol is used to secure access to mobile and web application. Passwords and hashes are never printed in logs or sent to external services.
Confidentiality Access to personal data is limited to the Podcast Pusher employees and their consultees. Our data center is certified.
We use a Firewall to protect against security threats. We have firewalls to protect against intrusion and Distributed Denial Of Service (DDoS). All personal data is backed up leveraging multiple online replicas of data for immediate data protection. All production data sets are stored on a distributed file storage facility.
Your Rights
